ST. JOSEPH SCHOOL

In early 2017, Lighthouse Ministries began fundraising to build a new school for St. Joseph due to flodding and several construction issues at the school. By September 2019, St. Joseph Primary School opened its doors, providing a quality educational environment for its students.

Lighthouse Ministries members agreed that these children needed a complete new school. In early 2017, Lighthouse Ministries began fundraising to start construction of the new St. Joseph school. Their old school building flooded each rainfall, and it had unsafe ceilings that could fall at any moment. Additionally, with no running water, and no government funding, children were asked to go to school in a building that was falling apart around them.
